At FrontStream, we aim to continually improve our products to better serve our clients and partners. In January, our FrontStream Fundraising Pro, FirstGiving, and Workplace Philanthropy platforms launched some exciting new features!
To help our nonprofit clients fundraise, we’ve added features around minimum and suggested donations, while we’ve made it easier for charities to get data on employee donations made to them through FrontStream Workplace Philanthropy.
FrontStream Fundraising Pro
- Suggested donation amounts now available across all donation experiences
- Minimum donation amounts can be enforced to help cover costs and prevent fraud
- Improved corporate team captain functionality
FirstGiving
- Minimum donation amounts can be enforced to help cover costs and prevent fraud
- Charges can now be processed to cards on file, such as charging a registration fee at a deadline if a fundraising goal is not met
- For API donations, IP addresses that have previous fraudulent donation attempts can now be blacklisted
Workplace Philanthropy
- Integration with FrontStream GiftWorks CRM now available for nonprofits, allowing them to easily export the data from all payments they have received
- Employee donations made to a charity’s different “Focus Areas” will now be viewable by charities under one account, saving a great deal of time and effort for their reporting needs
